I needed to buy hearing aids for my father that had been recently diagnosed with a hearing loss. I had NO experience or information about it. I contacted the customer service of Hearing Aids Direct and they were EXCELLENT. They helped me to choose which aids to purchase according to my father’s audiogram, were VERY helpful to meet my timing constraints – as I needed to get a flight to take them to my father – and the aids are working PERFECTLY (they had to program them following my father’s audiogram). My father is very happy to recover his hearing, I totally recommend them!

anyone out ther with some knowledge please respond…
I have a significant hearing loss and have been told that I can get a stapedectomy which I decided not to do because of the expense or I can get hearing aids. I have been recomended three Can anyone tell me which is the best
