I needed to buy hearing aids for my father that had been recently diagnosed with a hearing loss. I had NO experience or information about it. I contacted the customer service of Hearing Aids Direct and they were EXCELLENT. They helped me to choose which aids to purchase according to my father’s audiogram, were VERY helpful to meet my timing constraints – as I needed to get a flight to take them to my father – and the aids are working PERFECTLY (they had to program them following my father’s audiogram).
